SOUL SONG RECORDS

Soul Song Records was founded in 2023 by bassist Yosef-Gutman Levitt as a home for his music and that of cherished musical friends and colleagues. The focus is building local talent in Levitt’s home city of Jerusalem, around Israel and worldwide through international collaborations.

The Soul Song production style is spacious, living and resonant. The music is masterfully performed and emotionally engaging, a fusion of world and contemporary music with strong jazz and classical elements. Levitt and friends draw inspiration from varied traditions, including those rooted in Jewish culture, in a modern garb and with a soft, warm and cushioned sonic palette.
